Parts Distribution Services was formed in 2002. The companies formerly known as Parts Pacific, Charles W. Carter, Carter Company, Canyon Truck Parts and Universal Fleet Supply were purchased from a failing consolidation attempt by TransCom USA in February of 2002. PDSI realized the independent companies had strong reputations, good people and loyal support. Thus, the original company names were restored to promote stability and a new beginning with old values.

Today, PDSI is a leader in the industry and boasts hundreds if not thousands of collective years of experience in truck parts. We service our customers in seven strategically located facilities. With stores in Northern and Southern California and Nevada, PDSI caters to large national fleets, regional fleets and the owner operators.
